Web-based and accessible from any browser-capable device, Rater Station gives sites a single access point with one login via ID Portal across all studies and all sponsors - with self-service password management to eliminate a common reason for helpdesk contact.

Data integrity throughout every assessment

Sessions auto-save throughout each assessment, preventing data loss in the event of mid-rating hardware or connectivity issues. audio and video recordings stream continuously to the cloud rather than saving locally, simplifying site workflow and reducing risk of loss. Notifications including safety-related alerts reach the appropriate parties the moment data is entered, with no upload delay.

Freedom from the vendor tablet

Patient assessments are device independent. Concurrent assessments (e.g., patient and caregiver) can run across multiple exam rooms simultaneously, streamlining clinic time and reducing visit durations. If a device becomes unavailable mid-assessment, the session can resume where it left off by accessing any other available device.

When connectivity fails

Even when connectivity is unavailable, a structured paper fallback process preserves original assessment timestamps and supports remote source data verification.
